Most Expensive Car in the World Includes the iPad 2

Luxury car manufacturer, Bentley, uses savvy marketing by engineering the iPad 2 into their new Mulsanne concept car. Bentley makes the most expensive cars in the world and they are displaying this new multimedia connectivity car at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The price tag on the Bentley Mulsanne starts at $291,295. (Screenshots below break)

“Many customers use their time in the Mulsanne to keep on top of their business commitments or simply take a few moments to relax. This fully functioning concept highlights the Mulsanne’s potential to help busy executives to communicate effectively and quickly whilst travelling. ‘As you would expect from Bentley, all these features work in harmony with the handcrafted cabin and can be displayed or hidden at the user’s discretion.” says, Alasdair Stewart, Member of the Board for Sales & Marketing.

The iPad 2 workstations have full internet access and are integrated into retractable tray-like tables. Each iPad 2 comes with a Bluetooth keyboard. The Bentley concept car also has a  drop-down hi-definition LED TV screen that folds down from the roof at the touch of a button. If you choose not to ride in the back seat with the iPad 2 multimedia center, then you’ll get to drive a luxury car that screams down the road with the six and three-quarter litre twin-turbo V8 that packs 505 horsepower in this luxury engine. This Bentley also features button-operated reading lights, a privacy telephone handset and bespoke bottle holder inside a cabinet with an illuminated, double-glazed door.

Been an iPad user from day one of its release. Apple has been innovative from the beginning and now the rest of the world is getting on board. It's great to be able to spread the word about one of their mobile devices.
