The new Apple ad campaign is not getting the traction that many of Apple’s past ads have accomplished. According to a Bloomberg report the latest installment of Apple ad is falling flat on it’s face with American audiences.
Some of the critics have pointed out that Apple seems less humble in that it brags on its product inventions. The lighting in the ad looks a little dark and does not evoke a lot of joy and good feelings like Apple has offered in the past. Continue reading
One great feature with the iPad tablet is the ability to draw and paint on the touch screen like it is a canvas. With that in mind we’ve found a wonderful educational painting app from the developer Lucky Martian. This iPad app is called Nature Painter. Nature Painter is a world-class digital oil painting simulator that works and looks great on your iPad display.
Nature Painter was developed as a way to take time out and get away from it all and unwind while being creative. If you are productivity junkie or just want to keep better track of all your “to do” list items we’ve found a new app by Braininstock that was just released on February 29th that we have for review. This app is called To Do Checklist and it is universal and work on iOS devices. I’ve been using the GTD method of keeping organized and clear minded in my daily work flow. This iPad app allows you to create different categories for your lists which I really like and is a must. You can set reminders for each of your tasks through the built in notification center.
The interface of the To Do Checklist app is clean and easy to navigate. The developers of this iPad app have done a nice job with including preset category lists as well as with a simple tap setting up your own customized new category list. We found a fun and interesting iPad app for children this week. This interactive app comes from the developer aDad Ltd and is call My Big World. This app for children offers hours of entertainment and education on life around the globe. The developer was smart to include tons of content with over 350 pages of wonderful images, videos, illustrations, stories and games. My Big World is aimed at the 3-6 year old age range.
Your young children will enjoy using this easy to navigate app that offers a touch and learn interface. The images and illustrations and high quality and will captivate young learners. There is something for all children as they explore 14 different countries on 7 different continents. We found a cool text editor app for iPad this week from the German developer Infovole GimbH. This iPad app is called Textkraft and is a smart text processor app that we tested on our iPad 2 device. This best iPad app allows you to transform your iPad into typewriter for on-the-go work. You can compose just about any size of text content from a quick Facebook status update to a large legal document.
Textkraft app for iPad offers users both a complete work solution, as well as a smooth interface for writing quick grammatically correct bursts of text. As I write this blog review I’m using the Textkraft app and it is a joy to use and I especially like the spelling aid that quickly advises me.
